TYZ Engineering provides practical, feasible and sustainable mechanical system designs for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing & drainage, fire protection and building automation system projects of all sizes for major markets including institutional, commercial, and industrial.

We complete work for various clients over multiple jurisdictions and provide our services through a number of contract models including traditional design-bid, public private partnerships (P3), design-build, and front end engineering design (FEED).

Our Services

Each project is unique. At TYZ, we work with our clients to find the most effective and efficient mechanical design to suit their project requirements.  Our clients include building owners & management firms, tenants, architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, private individuals and all levels of government. 

St. Vincent Liem Church

The impressive 24,954 ft² church has been designed with a nave space, multi-purpose rooms, administration areas, and a kitchen. The building is complimented with an energy efficient mechanical system utilizing technologies such as high efficiency hot water tanks, near condensing boilers and energy recovery ventilators.
